The Craft Market is an exciting and dynamic aspect to the overall product offering at the Hilton Arts Festival.

The market runs from Friday 14th September through to Sunday 16th September trading from 09h00 to 17h00. Stallholders are under no obligation to trade on the Friday but in order to streamline the logistics the Festival organisers will give preferential allocation of stands to those traders able to trade over the full 3 days.

Stands are not allocated on a first-come-first-served-basis. Instead, the Selection Committee will determine the best allocation of all stands based on overall suitability. All traders will need to be pre-approved. Upon successful approval, traders will be provided with all the detailed information relating to setting up and will be required to pay their full fee on or before 10th July 2018. Failure to do so will result in the re-allocation of the stand.

The Craft Marquee/Wild Garden Marquee is located below the Bell Tower on the lower level.  It is joined to the Churchill Perspective Art Marquee offering a complete and an easy flow of foot traffic through all 3 tents.  It allows for multiple exhibitors under one roof, affording greater security at night and protection against any inclement weather. As this marquee is also lit, it will also allow for evening trading. Electricity is only provided for the use of credit card machines no additional lighting or any other power usage unless arranged prior with management.

We are able to offer the choice of a standard Stand (3m x 3m) either with or without access to electricity although we have limited electrified sites. In terms of the hiring of gazebos, we use white framed tents with sides, and the Festival make use of a preferred supplier. Should you not have your own, one can be arranged and erected ahead of your arrival at an additional cost. No other hiring companies are allowed on site. Stallholders requiring electrified sites will be allocated ones according to electricity supply in and around the venue.

We have a strict policy with regard to items sold through the Craft Market, nothing inappropriate for a school will be allowed so please be as detailed as you can in your description. In addition we will require photos of your products. This registration process applies to all crafters whether new to the Festival or not. Kindly note that completion of the registration form does in no way guarantee your stand! You will be notified on successful approval.

The Festival organisers wish to thank Crafters for their continued and valued association with the Festival and look forward to hearing from you.
